"HAPPY HOURS" IN SOUTH MAUI

"Da Beach House" is located at The Maui Banyan in sunny South Kihei. Our beautiful ground floor unit is in a two level building with parking right in front, on a first come, first serve basis.  There is additional parking in the parkade.  Our bright and modern two bedroom, two bathroom condo was fully renovated after we purchased it in June 2010.  The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. Light coloured  vinyl plank flooring throughout, except the tiled floors in both bathrooms.  The bright, "Lime Green" living room has a comfy couch, a 46" flat-screen tv, Blue Ray DVD Player, an iPod/CD/Radio Stereo System, a collection of CD's, DVD's, games and Apple TV.  There is also air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a stand-up fan.  The kitchen table seats 4-5 people and we also have four bar stools to put around the kitchen island.  There is a small stacker washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.  We also offer complimentary WIFI high-speed internet.  The "Citrus Orange" Master Bedroom has its own lanai with a table and chairs, a queen-size bed, a 32" flat-screen tv and a ceiling fan.  The Master Bathroom is a new glass walk-in shower and the ensuite bathroom also has a walk-in shower.  The "Bahama Blue" second bedroom also has its own lanai with a cute boutique table and chairs, two full-size beds, a 42" flat-screen tv, an iPod Docking Station, air conditioning and a stand-up fan.  Our place has been stocked with everything you can imagine......Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, beach umbrella's, beach towels, boogie boards, skim boards, snorkel gear, a pull-wagon and beach coolers.  The kitchen has every utensil, pots, pans, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, Keurig machine, martini shakers, condiments and much more.  For the ladies, we have two hair dryers and a curling iron.  You are staying in a "home" rather than a hotel.  On our property, we have a tennis court and two separate swimming pools, each with a hot tub, a covered eating area with a sink, tables, chairs and many Weber bbq's with tiki torches that are lit each night.  We are just steps away from sand and surf at Kamaole II Beach and a brief walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, beaches and less than a mile away from Wailea.
